On 17th of october, as a part of the ongoing program on national security and media communications, Giorgi Rukhadze, GSAC founder and director of European Studies, met with the program’s participants.
The meeting took the form of a lecture, the main topic of which was the 2017 German parliamentary elections. Giorgi explained the results of the electons in detail and spoke of the German electoral system and its history of coalitions.
