Security conference “Challenges and opportunities in the Black Sea region” was held at GSAC with the cooperation between Georgian Strategic Analysis Center, Turkish embassy in Georgia and the southern Caucasian branch of the Center for Army, Conversion and Disarmament. The following topics were discussed on the conference:-The recent development in the Black sea region;
-Hybrid warfare and non-state actors;
-Opportunities: Southern defense cooperation between Georgia, Ukraine and Turkey.
The conference was attended by representatives of academic circles from Turkey; Ukrainian experts and a representative of Ukrainian Rada; diplomatic representatives of Romania and Bulgaria in Georgia; Representatives of Georgian NGOs.
