Iryna Petriashvili

Iryna Petriashvili is a Strategic Communications / Government Relations professional with 15+ years of experience, mainly with various international organizations. Her career started in Kyiv, Ukraine where she had been working with numerous world-known automotive brands, such as Porsche, Volvo, Jaguar, Nissan and Peugeot as Brand Manager / Public Relations Lead. 

In 2014 Ms. Petriashvili moved to Georgia where she took various roles in communications in the automotive, hospitality, and corporate finance fields. In the last five years Iryna had served as the communications/stakeholder engagement lead at the two largest hydropower projects in Georgia – Nenskra Hydropower Plant project and Namakhvani Hydropower Plant project, as well as an Australia-headquartered international engineering firm, where she managed communications for Caucasus, Central Asia & South Asia. In March 2022 Iryna joined Georgian Renewable Energy Development Association (GREDA) as Deputy Executive Director.

Iryna holds a Master’s Degree from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, specializing in Arabic and English philology, and is currently enrolled in the Master of Arts Program at Georgia Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA), specializing in Public Relations. Iryna is fluent in Georgian, Ukrainian, English and Russian languages.
