Volodymyr Kopchak is the Head of the South Caucasus Branch of the Ukrainian Center for Army, Conversion and Disarmament Studies (CACDS).

– deputy editor in chief of Defense Express «Defense Industry of Ukraine» magazine.

Summary of qualifications: Research, analysis; Analytical work in the field of geopolitics, external policy, informational security (countering propaganda), countering «hybrid» threats, military-technical cooperation, etc.; Publishing the CACDS bulletin «Challenges and threats: security review»; Organizing of international conferences, seminars, round tables; Experience in the law-making process, including preparation of the offset law in military-technical cooperation sphere of Ukraine.
